- 1- 9-inch graham cracker low carb pie crust or alternative ( You Can Use your Own Crust or separate crust recipe)
- !2 oz cream cheese or cream cheese light, softened
- 2/3 cup sour cream, or sour cream light
- 1 cup powdered sugar, or the alternative Swerve The Ultimate Sugar Replacement (Non GMO) (confectioners) (cup for cup measurements)
- Or another sugar replacement such as Stevia Sweetener (cup for cup measurements)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla or replace it with a fraction of another extract or lemon it up
Preparation
Directions:
- BEAT cream cheese and sour cream in a medium bowel until fluffy.
- BEAT IN powdered sugar Swerve Ultimate Sugar Replacement Confectioners and vanilla until smooth.
- POUR into the crust. A Graham Cracker crust is not extremely high in carbs.
For A Graham Crust This Has: Ultimately 12 grams of total carbs per 1/8th of a piece, with zero fiber towards it.
However, use your choice of any crust you wish to use in this recipe.
